SEPTEMBER 13 BRAINSTORMING SESSION

The members split into two working groups to generate ideas regarding Values.  These ideas are to be shared with the General Membership and will eventually lead to the creation of a Mission Statement and a Vision Statement for Kinross Creek.

 

The following values were written and rated by the nine people present.  (Don pointed out that this group is not necessarily representative of the entire co-op).  The participants were given 8 dots and were asked to indicate which values they rated the highest. The number after each value indicates the number of people who felt that value was one of the most important.  The absence of a number means that the value was not rated:
