April 2002 Mission/Vision Subcommittee Recommendations:
VISION Kinross Creek Housing Co-operative will be recognized as a model community and an outstanding place to live and visit. MISSION
AND VALUES Our
Mission is to provide affordable, secure and suitable co-operative homes
for diverse families and individuals. We
are accountable to our members and treat them in an equal, ethical, fair
and respectful manner. In return we expect positive participation in
the collective stewardship of our peaceful community.
The above is based on a Values Survey that was conducted in March 2002. The Mission and Values Statement contain 18 of the top 19 values identified in the survey.
