Cedar Mill is located in the community of Champlain Heights, in the center of the Lower Mainland.  This friendly co-op is conveniently located off Champlain Crescent beside an elementary school, sports fields, community centre and Everett Crowley Park.  Champlain Mall is also a 5 minute drive or a pleasant walk away.

	We have 53 townhouses and apartments with a variety of 1 to 4 bedrooms.
We also have several units adjusted to the needs of physically disabled people.

We are currently accepting applications for one or two bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom townhouses.  

Due to a large internal wait list we are not accepting applications for 3 and 4 bedroom units at this time

We do not have subsidy available at this time.  

Applicants must undergo a credit check before they can be accepted as a Member.

Applications are kept on file for one year.  If you wish to remain on our list after one year please reapply online
or send a note to our membership committee.

We will be holding an Information Session in the Fall to answer your questions and help you learn more about our community.  Please check our site for further updates.
