We are a small, kid friendly community that looks out for one another. Parks, schools and shopping are all within walking distance.

There is a small pond directly behind the co-op with sitting areas and a walking path. A ten minute drive will take you to Unwin park with an outdoor pool, waterpark, lacrosse box, baseball fields, playground and a concession stand open seasonly. Newton Community Center, Sungod Arena and Newton Wave Pool are also nearby.

Cougar Creek Elementary is directly across the street and 2 high schools are within walking distance. A ten minute walk will bring you to almost all your shopping needs (e.g. Safeway, Home Depot, Staples, London Drugs, CIBC, Cineplex, Starbucks, White Spot and many others.
