Oaklands has 56 comfortable homes - Two, three and four 4 bedroom townhouses and 17 one and two bedroom apartment units (including handicapped units).
This energetic co-op is close to
Ecole
Marlborough Elementary School, Bonsor Community Centre, Metrotown/Eaton Centre,
Deer Lake Park, Shadbolt Centre and Bob Priddy Library.

Members enjoy a mixture of peace and quiet, the happy voices of children and a feeling of being safe in our coop environment.

Members choose how they will contribute to the running of the co-operative. Participation involves activities like landscaping, management, maintenance, social events and volunteer co-ordination.
Adherence to coop policies and participation is required of all members.

townhouses are bright and comfortable. Having basements provides us with
more space for storage, the creation of family/ recreation rooms, office
space, etc. |
We are a community made up of people from diverse cultures. We are trying to promote an understanding and appreciation of the different cultures. We hope to accomplish this understanding through participation.
