We are located close to Everet Crowley Park, Fraser River walking trails, Fraserview and Riverway golf courses, Champlain Heights Community Centre, elementary schools and Champlain Mall.

     

Our co-op has fourty spacious townhouses – 2 one bedroom,  28  two bedroom and 10 three bedroom units.

 

The one bedrooms are 714 square feet, the two bedrooms are 1,069 to 1,324 square feet and the three bedrooms are 1,414 square feet in size.

We have a great community atmosphere and are family and pet friendly.  It is a good, safe environment for children. 

As a democratic co-op we are member owned and operated.  

  

 

One half of the units are for Market Housing with the remainder reserved for those requiring subsidy.  

All applications are accepted although we are unable to provide any subsidies to new members.

  Thank-you for your interest in Sunbridge Co-op. Currently we have market units available only. You can pick up an application from our office or download it from this site or send a SASE to the address below.

The monthly Market Rates are: 
 $762 for a 1 bedroom, $981 for a 2 bedroom and $1031/month for a 3 bedroom.

Share purchase is $1500 for 1 and 2 bedrooms and $2000 for 3 bedroom units. 

We are an income ceiling co-op. Therefore,
 any applicants who have a gross household income
exceeding $78,878.00 will not be accepted. 
Qualifying income for a 1 bedroom is $29,760, 2 bedroom is
 $38,520 and 3 bedroom is $44,520.
